Here is a challenge to each of you.  Introduce and nominate two colleagues whom you hold in high regard, professionals who will make a contribution in terms of leadership, service and research, people whom you respect and would be proud to sponsor.  Remember it has always been  an honour to be selected by one of your colleagues and invited to join our organization. Please tell them that. Bring them to a dinner and nominate them for membership.
