THE
WORKSHOP:
WORKSHOP OUTLINE: How do we engage different kids with different needs?

What are the diversity issues we face in
schools?

How do we
reframe the issues from problems with students to opportunities
for students?
Questions we will pursue together:
o
What is the
framework in your school or classroom to address diversity in a
constructive manner?
o
How can we
embrace diversity in our schools and our classrooms so we can more
readily face the challenges without frustration?
o
What strategies
and steps work to improve instruction for all students?
The workshop will focus on how we can
provide support for the diverse needs our students have in the classroom.
